Pleasure Ardour Colada

Elements:

• 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Silver Rum
• 1/2 oz Monin Ardour Fruit Purée
• 1/2 oz Monin Coconut Purée
• 4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
• 1/2 oz Monin Strawberry Syrup

Preparation: Mix. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into blender cup so as listed sans Strawberry Syrup. Add Strawberry Syrup to backside of serving glass. Add ice from serving glass, cap, and mix till clean. Pour again into serving glass, add garnish and serve. Garnish with Lei, pineapple leaves.

 

 

Chi Chi Spicy ‘Rita

Elements:

• 3 Sage Leaves, muddled
• 1 1/2 oz Espolón Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
• 1 oz Contemporary Lime Juice
• 1 oz Contemporary Orange Juice

Preparation: Muddle / Shake and Pressure – Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Place elements into backside of blending glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass 2/3 stuffed with ice and pour remaining elements so as listed. Shake vigorously to combine, and pressure into coupe with ice. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with pineapple, sage, giant ice dice, feather.

 

 

 

Berry True Love

Elements:

• 1 1/2 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
• 1/2 oz Monin Blueberry Syrup
• 1/2 oz Monin Lavender Lemon Syrup
• 1/2 oz Contemporary Lemon Juice
• 4 oz Membership Soda

Preparation: Construct / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into serving glass so as listed. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with blueberries, lavender sprig, lemon wheel, purple crown.

Elements:

• 1 1/2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Monin Ardour Fruit Syrup
• 1/2 oz Monin Pear Syrup
• 3 oz Contemporary Bitter Combine

Preparation: Shake and Pressure / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into mixing glass with 2/3 ice so as listed. Cap, shake and pressure into serving glass with ice. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with crown, mint sprig, pear.

 

 

 

Bee Variety Usual

Elements:

• 2 oz Maker’s Mark 46
• 1/2 oz Monin Honey Syrup
• 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation: Stir and Pressure / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into mixing glass with 2/3 ice so as listed. Stir vigorously to sit back, and pressure into serving glass with ice. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with coronary heart and bee decide, rose ice mould.

 

 

Rainbow Punch

Elements:

• 1/2 oz Monin Pomegranate Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Silver Rum
• 1/2 oz Monin Coconut Syrup
• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Contemporary Bitter Combine
• 3/4 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur

Preparation: Construct / Up. Pour elements into serving glass so as listed. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with coronary heart decide, pineapple leaves.

• 1 1/2 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
• 1 oz Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
• 1 oz Cranberry Juice
• 2 oz Contemporary Bitter Combine

Preparation: Shake and Pressure / Up. Chill serving glass. Pour elements into mixing glass with 2/3 ice so as listed. Cap, shake and pressure into chilled coupe. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with flowers/herbs, strawberry.

Ardour For Pleasure

Elements:

• 1 oz Tito’s Vodka
• 3/4 oz Monin Pink Ardour Fruit Syrup
• 1/2 oz Contemporary Lemon Juice
• 3 oz Prosecco White Wine
• 2 oz Membership Soda

Preparation: Stir / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into serving glass so as listed. Stir gently to combine. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with lemon wheel, mint sprig.

 

 

Ardour Harvey Milkshake

Elements:

• 3/4 oz Monin Ardour Fruit Syrup
• 1/2 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
• 4 scoops Ice Cream
• 2 oz Milk

Preparation: Mix / Ice Cream (no ice). Add elements into blender cup so as listed. Cap and mix till clean. Pour into serving glass, add garnish and serve. Garnish with sugar sprinkles, whipped cream.

Elements:

• 1/2 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
• 1/2 oz Monin Coconut Syrup
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Contemporary Lime Juice

Preparation: Shake and Pressure / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into mixing glass with 2/3 ice so as listed. Cap, shake and pressure into serving glass with ice. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with lei, pineapple leaves.

Elements:

• 1 oz Monin White Peach Syrup
• 1 pump Monin Ginger Concentrated Taste
• 1/2 oz Contemporary Lime Juice
• 5 oz Q Grapefruit Soda

Preparation: Construct / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into serving glass so as listed. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with Black Lava Salt, Candied Ginger, Grapefruit, Mint Sprig, Peach Slice.

 

Pink Flamingo

Elements:

• 1/2 oz Monin Watermelon Syrup
• 1/2 oz Monin Mojito Combine
• 1/2 oz Contemporary Lime Juice
• 5 oz Membership Soda

Preparation: Construct / Over Ice 
Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into serving glass so as listed. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with mint sprig, flamingo picks.

 

 

 

Tropical Ardour Pleasure

Elements:

• 1/2 oz Monin Ardour Fruit Purée
• 1/2 oz Monin Mango Purée
• 4 oz Lemonade
• Membership Soda, to prime

Preparation: Shake and Pressure / High 
Mix elements in shaker within the order listed, besides glowing beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pressure into chilled serving glass. High with glowing beverage. Garnish with mango slice, mint sprig.

 

Proud Ardour Spritz

Elements:

• 3/4 oz Monin Orange Spritz Syrup
• 2 pumps Monin Ardour Fruit Concentrated Taste
• 1/2 oz Contemporary Lemon Juice
• 5 oz Membership Soda

Preparation: Construct / Over Ice. Fill serving glass stuffed with ice. Pour elements into serving glass so as listed. Add garnish and serve. Garnish with orange slice, mint sprig.
