The discharge of our Raspberry Gin kicks off our Harvest sequence for Threefold Distilling. Every Harvest launch will champion fruit picked from acclaimed native farmers to showcase the seasons.
Main the sequence are the colourful raspberries grown by Adelaide Hills Berry Farm in Uraidla. The most effective raspberries of the season had been hand picked then headed straight for our distillery in Glenelg East to macerate in our much-loved Fragrant Gin. The result’s a refreshingly fruit-driven but dry type pink gin with underlying citrus and pepper notes — prepared that will help you stretch out these summer season vibes!
