GSN’s Remarks: Fruit ahead, with a healthy dose of oak tannins and vanilla. Medium physique, with a spherical and juicy character. The end has a neat fadeout, leaving notes of berry compote, and a contact of baking spice. There’s lots of terroir right here too. You may nearly style the summer time heat of a California afternoon. An ideal wine to pair with beef roulade, pork stew or Creme Brulee. Do that additionally with some washed rind cheeses like Taleggio, or a smooth nicely aged bleu. GSN Score: A-
