Mezcal model MayaJules, crafted via sustainable practices by ladies who’ve perfected the artwork of distilling agave, is about to reach within the UK this September.
The spirit, crafted by grasp Mezcaleras in Oaxaca, Mexico and is made up of 81% Espadin agave, with foraged Tobalá (15%) and Tobasiche (4%), and makes use of wild agave, native artesian water sources, and open air fermentation carried by naturally occurring brokers, to create the mix.
