Graham’s Port launches Bicentenary Assortment of uncommon ports – Drinks Worldwide

The Bicentenary Assortment contains six Single Harvest Tawny Ports and 6 basic Classic Ports, together with wines from 1963, 1994 and 2011.

All of the Classic Ports have been aged in Graham’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia and the Single Harvest Tawny Ports have been chosen and bottled particularly for the Bicentenary Assortment, together with two from 2000 and 2006 which have by no means been launched earlier than. 

The 1982 Single Harvest Tawny was first bottled to mark the delivery of HRH Prince George of Cambridge. The 2000 Single Harvest Tawny was the primary port made with the Symington household’s trendy treading lagares.

Every wine has been chosen by members of the third, 4th and fifth era of the Symington household. The gathering is offered in a cupboard constituted of uncommon santos rosewood by Portuguese master-joiners WeWood.
