This American single malt whiskey was created from 100% malted barley, aged in Cedar Ridge bourbon barrels. It completed in a 132-gallon first-fill Sherry butt from Jerez, Spain.
This barrel was chosen by Murphy Quint, Cedar Ridge’s Grasp Blender, and launched as a single barrel at cask power, solely yielding 594 complete bottles, solely obtainable in Iowa.
