4 Should Combine Dewar’s Cocktails for Summer time

Dewar’s Scotch whisky, identified for its versatility, is a wonderful selection for crafting a wide range of cocktails.

Whether or not you’re lounging by the pool, hanging at a yard barbecue, or having fun with a night on the patio, Dewar’s provides a classy twist to your summer season sips.

The Official Cocktail of the U.S. Open is a refreshing mixture of Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous, membership soda, and lemonade.

The Lemon Wedge


  • 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous
  • 3 oz. Membership Soda
  • 2 oz. Lemonade


  1. Mix all substances over ice in a Highball glass.
  2. Stir to include.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel and a “golf tee” cocktail decide.

A fruit-forward concord of apricot, pineapple, and lemon that completely accentuates the apple and citrus notes of Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous.

Highland Bloom


  • 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous

  • 4 Dashes: Charge Brother Charge Foam


  1. Shake all substances with ice.
  2. Dry shake substances to foam & pour into coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with frivolously torched rosemary sprig throughout prime.

The normal Whisky Bitter goes up a degree when made with the floral notes and butterscotch-vanilla end of Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous.

Spiced Pear Bitter


  • 1 1/2 oz. Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous
  • 3/4 oz. Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White


  1. Shake substances with ice and high quality pressure into chilled glass.
  2. Garnish with candied ginger & sage.

Dewar’s Previous Common


  • Dewar’s 12-12 months-Previous
  • Demerara Sugar
  • 2 Elements Demerara Sugar
  • 1 Half Boiling Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Angostura bitters


  1. Pour Dewar’s, Demerara syrup, and bitters right into a tin.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir till chilled.
  3. Pressure into a calming rocks glass full of ice.
  4. Garnished with Lemon and Orange Peel.
