Was introduced at CiderCon2022 held in Richmond, Virginia in February. The seminar was moderated by Christine Walter of Bauman’s Cider. Three makers shared a style of their choose ciders which might be fermented with wild yeast or what can also be known as ambient yeast. One other time period for such a fermentation is Pure Cider or a Spontaneous Ferment.
