First Impression: Medium crimson hue. Very low carbonation. Smells gentle, non-specific, and tart.
Tasting Notes: Semi-dry. Gentle bodied. Excessive tartness. Reasonable acidity. Hints of bitterness and tannins. No sourness or funk. Notes of cranberry juice, orange/tangerine, and inexperienced apple. Reasonable size tart end. Low apple taste. Excessive cranberry taste. Low to reasonable complexity. Reasonable taste depth. Excessive sessionability.
My Opinion: I favored it, though I’m not large on cranberry juice, and this tasted extra of cranberry juice than cider (though not almost as candy as most juices), so it obtained handed to my husband who was joyful to get a lot of the can to himself. This might in all probability pair effectively with Thanksgiving dinner, because it jogs my memory of fancy cranberry sauce the place they add orange.
Closing Notes: Subsequent up I’ve Portland Cider’s Blueberry Bourbon Basil.
