Our Drink of the Week is the La Vie En Rose


With Valentine’s Day simply across the nook, the La Vie en Rose from Zasu in New Orleans makes for the right romantic sip.

This beautiful pink cocktail options Planetary 3 Star Rum, Campari, guava, grapefruit, and a fragile rose water foam.

La Vie En Rose

Elements


  • 1 ½ oz. Planteray 3 Star Rum
  • ½ oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • ¾ oz. Guava Juice
  • ¼ oz. 1:1 Easy Syrup
  • 1 bar spoon Rose Water
  • 1 Egg White or 1 oz. Aqua Faba Resolution



Preparation

  1. Add all components to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake arduous for at the very least 20 seconds, pressure into shaker high and dry shake one other 20 seconds.
  3. Add 1/2 stage of ice to a double rocks glass.
  4. Pressure over ice.
  5. Garnish with small rose bud.
