Crafted by Bartender Roshawan Johnson, this cozy winter drink combines Blended Scotch, Irish Whiskey, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Pink Home Spiced Butternut Pumpkin Easy Syrup, and Cinnamon Syrup, all topped with freshly grated nutmeg. The result’s a heat and comforting taste profile, good for savoring through the chilly months.

Components
- 1 oz. Blended Scotch
- 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 oz. Pink Home Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup*
- Grated Nutmeg
Preparation
- Add all components to a shaking tin.
- Shake and pressure over a big ice dice.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
Cinnamon Syrup*
Components
- 1 cup Demerara Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 4-5 Cracked Cinnamon Sticks
Preparation
- Add all components to a pot and convey to a boil.
- Let simmer for one minute.
- Take away from warmth and proceed to steep till fully cooled.
- Pressure out the cinnamon stick items.
- Retailer for as much as two months refrigerated.
