Mediterranean restaurant idea Fig & Olive celebrates the nice and cozy climate with a brand new cocktail menu addition, the Season of the Spritz. The providing invitations friends to take a tour across the French Riviera with every of the signature spritz cocktails named for the city and space that impressed their essence, from Luberon to Menton, Mougins to Antibes.

For example, the Luberon Spritz, made with rosé wine, Cappelletti aperitif, Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose vodka, grapefruit juice, honey, Combier rose liqueur and hibiscus powder, “is an earnest celebration of rosé to convey to life an space identified for its crisp and expressive rosés,” the menu says.

The Mougins Spritz, with olive oil-washed vodka, yellow Chartreuse, citrus, orange, cardamom and prosecco, “pays homage to the olive timber, roses and lavender you’ll find rising all through this charming village.”

And the Menton Spritz, with limoncello, Moscato di Asti, lemon juice and membership soda, “is impressed by the world-renowned lemons grown within the stunning city of Menton” close to the Italian border.

The three specialty spritz cocktails are priced at $19 every. The non-alcoholic Antibes Spritz, made with citrus botanicals, rosemary, cucumber, lemon, ginger beer and Mediterranean tonic, is priced at $14.

Fig & Olive, based in 2005, was impressed by the delicacies of the south of France. The corporate at present operates two eating places in New York Metropolis, plus areas in Chicago, Houston and Washington, D.C.
