We’ve gone unashamedly female-focused on this episode. Why? As a result of there are wonderful girls doing nice issues each single day on this planet of hospitality (and in addition, yesterday was Worldwide Girls’s Day).

Our first product is Appleton Property 8-Yr-Previous Reserve Rum created by the legend that’s Grasp Blender Pleasure Spence. That’s adopted by Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon Gin, conceived by Dr Anne Brock at Laverstoke Mill.

Mallory O’Meara’s award-winning Girly Drinks – A World Historical past of Girls and Alcohol is our ebook of selection and we try Giulia Cuccurullo’s top notch drinks and 5 star hospitality on the Artesian Bar in London.

Final however under no circumstances least, we head over to Miami for a chat with the powerhouse that’s Christine Wiseman to speak about how she’s kicking some severe ass as beverage Director at Bar Lab Hospitality.
