Feminine focus for Worldwide Girls’s Day- new podcast! |


We’ve gone unashamedly female-focused on this episode. Why? As a result of there are wonderful girls doing nice issues each single day on this planet of hospitality (and in addition, yesterday was Worldwide Girls’s Day).

Final however under no circumstances least, we head over to Miami for a chat with the powerhouse that’s Christine Wiseman to speak about how she’s kicking some severe ass as beverage Director at Bar Lab Hospitality.

What we’re mixing:

Gin Gin Mule

Substances:
60ml gin
2 slices root ginger
15ml lime juice
12-15 mint leaves
7.5ml sugar syrup
Ginger beer
Lime wedge to garnish

Methodology:
Muddle the mint and ginger within the backside of a shaker tin. Add sugar syrup, lime juice* and gin, then shake vigorously over ice. Double pressure into a relaxing Collins glass full of ice. High with ginger beer and garnish with lime wedge.
